Publishing on premise data with the publisher app

Where can I download the publisher application? 

The inmydata client application installer includes the inmydata publisher application and the inmydata dashboard designer. You can download the installer from here.

Once you have downloaded the installer, to install the inmydata client applications, do the following.

1. Double click on the installation package that was downloaded, or select Open from the browser you downloaded it with.
2. Answer Yes to the security question when prompted if you want to allow this application to make changes to your device.
3. Select Next on each step of the wizard, until you are offered the Install button.
4. Press Install and complete the wizard.

inmydata Data Publisher

Your data can be imported into inmydata using the "Data Publisher" Application. this can be opened using the Start Menu or Desktop icon

The Data Publisher application allows the users to configure data sources and set up, and schedule, tasks to import/publish data into inmydata.

Creating Data Providers

Data Providers are set up in the Data Publisher using the Tools - Configure Data Sources option:-

How Do I Configure Data Sources? shows the steps required to create a System definition to your Data Source.

The available Data Sources are 

1. OpenEdge. Definitions to Progress Openedge Appservers and PASOE appserves.
   
   
2. ODBC based Systems of the following SQL Types
   1. SQL92
   2. SQL Server
   3. MYSQL
   4. POSTGRESS
   5. ORACLEQSQL
